Please allow 3 - 7 business days for your order to physically ship.

You'll receive a USPS tracking number, via email, for your order 1-3 days before your item is dropped off at the post office.

You may use that tracking number to check the status of your package.

Please, CONTACT US immediately with your order number and provide us with the correct shipping address.

We will do our best to update to the correct shipping address. However, if your package has already been physically shipped we are unable to stop the delivery.

If your package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange another shipment, you will need to pay additional shipping fees to have the package re-shipped.
